“This place is a gem!!!! I booked color services for a day that Laurie doesn’t usually worked (a computer glitch) and when she found out I couldn’t do another day, she came in anyway. The job she did on my color (which was previously destroyed by an inexperienced colorist) was absolutely amazing. What I liked most was that she was upfront and realistic. I showed her my color goal and she explained that while we couldn’t get there in 1 sitting, she would work her best to get started. I left with a color I was thrilled with and 3 weeks later it’s lasting. She talked me through the process so I knew what to expect. She is also super friendly and easy to talk to in general. The place itself has a very intimate feel and I truly enjoyed the entire experience. I cannot wait until my next appointment!
